Meet Hawa
Hawa is the in country Executive Director for Grow for Hope. She is a wife and mother of three who has a passion for empowering & educating women and girls. In 2018, Hawa presented her vision for Grow for Hope to cofounders Jeff and Sabrina Bailey.

Since 2018 Hawa has continued to grow as an exceptional leader, teacher & farmer. Hawa first learned how to grow peanuts, then peppers, and most recently rice. She leads a team of four paid staff, around 20 seasonal female farm laborers along with a number of volunteers.
